Why hasn’t this location been remodeled exactly like the others? These are photos of the men’s restroom plus interior of restaurant. And even the flooring needs replaced. I won’t dine here anymore. That is unless they remodel. I wasn’t asked what kind of fries i wanted either.

I recently received a gift card for my birthday for Arby’s but I never eat there. I’m just not a huge roast beef fan. Well I took my lunch and decided to give it a try. Guess what they sell chicken wraps and burgers. I tried the bacon ranch burger with curly fries and a salted chocolate chip . It was fresh and cooked to order. The customer service was quick and very good. I’ll be back soon

If I could give negative stars I would. I went through the drive through and ordered mozzarella sticks. The employee at the window tells me they are dropping them so they would be fresh but that they take 3 minutes to cook and proceeds to have me park. After 20 minutes of waiting and now me being late for work I call in there since they have the dining room locked at 2pm. The employee that answers the phone acts put out and says I will be out in a minute to speak to you. He comes out and has to take my card inside to issue me a refund. He didn’t apologize or anything just acted like it was my fault I wanted a refund. So after 30 minutes I had no food and a really bad experience from the employee. I definitely would not recommend going here especially if you have somewhere else to be anytime soon…

Ordered 4 reg roast beef and a roast beef slider during their construction. SALE buy 1 get 1 free. They ring it up as 4 for $10. Buy one get 1 free is $4.00 for 2 which is $8. Argued in the drive thru and they didn’t understand. Whatever. On top of it I didn’t get slider I ordered.

Since they’re remodeling you can only do drive-thru which is fine. Ordered a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich, was told it would be 5 minutes which I didn’t mind. I pulled into one of the waiting spots and a few minutes later a gentleman brought my food out. Very nice guy and he even stayed out there and watched for cars coming around the blind spot so I could pull out. For me this was above and beyond what was expected. This guy needs recognition and a raise! Wish I knew his name.

Arby’s got the meat AND the FISH!! The new fish bites are a real treat. Portions, especially of fries in the combo, are kind of surprisingly small. Flavor is very good.

Just ordered 2 beef and cheddar with no red sauce said no red sauce 3 times even told them at the window and they hollered to kitchen staff no red sauce on those and I’ll be damned 10 minutes later red sauce on our sandwiches. Good help is hard to find nowadays.
