Arby’s quality has went downhill in my opinion. Simply look at the regular roast beef sandwich; Sadness… Anyway this location specifically was just ok I mean it wasn’t really clean but it wasn’t really dirty. Kinda had like a post COVID weird ambiance to the dining area.

The atmosphere was kind of dull, and the people seemed grumpy and tired, but on the other hand I do usually go late at night. Food wise don’t get anything chicken I don’t know if it’s overcooked or what but every time I get it, it’s rubbery and squishy.

The one in Danville is just the worst. It never taste like Arby’s should. It is just bland and usually cold. The mozzarella sticks are cold and not gooey like usual. And just all around it is just not worth spending your money at. One of the better ones are the truck stop in Demont or the one in Kankakee. In my opinion if that was the first Arby’s I went to ever I would never go back.

They have mostly great customer service, and without the following, they would get 5 stars. Every time, literally every time I request sauce or get an item that would normally be served with sauce, i do not get it. Today, the girl at the window asked if I needed sauce while mentioning my sauce i would get with my other item and. I requested another another sauce item and recieved neither of them. This is a consistent issue and they need some QC before items go out.

I love Arby’s roast beef but this sandwich was hard on the edges (the meat was) like it was reheated 2-3 times in the microwave but it was very pink in the middle. Maybe the cooked it too fast… It was pretty nasty. Otherwise the store was clean and the people were very friendly. It’s a shame because I’ve never had an Arby’s roast beef sandwich that I didn’t like before this one.
