Best fast food we’ve had in a long time! Chicken sandwiches were amazing, hot and crispy. French fries were also very good. The service was excellent as well. The young lady at the counter with the blue in her hair was extremely nice and welcoming. And the other gentleman that helped us was very nice as well. Thanks y’all! Keep up the good work!

They are fully staffed and several people are just standing around. The young man at the counter is newer and respectful. That’s what he only good thing. They got my order wrong , food was old and I waited 30 plus minutes. Shut them down. 6 people couldn’t even service 2 customers

The young guy at the drive-thru was so quiet I could barely hear him, but he was so sweet. He is just a quiet guy who is super polite. I waited at least 7 minutes for the “fish and chips.” I don’t mind waiting for HOT food, and it was definitely hot. The fish was hot, but it (and the fries) tasted like old grease. I was not impressed at all. Kudos to the guy at the window, but complete fail on the food.

So shines a good deed in a weary world. After several days on the road, wrapping up with the burial of my mother and stepfather today, we stopped at Arby’s for a quick meal. We were greeted by Malayah and her crew.

Ordered food took 20 min to finally get it. Shake Machine was down told them to cancel Shake, didn’t get curly fries that was ordered. Wasn’t going to go back to complain and wait another 20min for the missing fries.

I ordered two buffalo chicken sliders and their King’s Hawaiian Chicken sandwich with two beef and cheddar sandwiches. All of that chicken clearly has been sitting in the warmer for a while, it wasn’t fresh at all. It the breading was old and soggy. There was barely any buffalo sauce on the sliders. It’s crazy, they weren’t even busy for my food to look like that. I’ll definitely never ordered from that store again. Arby’s is expensive to have my food come out like that.

Pulled up to order at drive thru tonight and was told someone would be with us in a minute. One worker sat outside the back door and smoked a joint while another chatted with her friend at the window. After 20 minutes, the 4 cars behind us left, and we could get out, we left as well.

Handicapped parking and building access. Very clean inside. Handicapped restrooms too. Fast service, great staff, very friendly. Food was well repaired, I like this place.
