18$ for 2 sandwiches that were covered in more suace then meat and a small curly. Didn’t even bother to give me my drink i paid for. I even yelled at the window but the girl just kept on walking away. won’t ever return over priced food and ungrateful employees who need better training and learn how to not rip people off and have better attitudes.

Manager refused to take my order in the drive through because the speaker was broke I drove to the window and was talking to him he could hear me just fine and he yelled at me and said I’m not going to take orders at drive through you have to come inside. It was raining and I am handicapped had my parking placard and he still refused and said I had to come inside because it was raining and he wasn’t going to get wet. One of the most consistently decent fast food choices around here. I also rarely have issues with missing/incorrect items. The reason I’m reviewing though is because this Arby’s has the most banging landscaping and decorations in their drive thru. The flowers and plants are doing SO well (whoever landscaped knew how sun and shade works) and the garden decor goes so hard. Nowhere else is doing it like you, Arby’s.

The store manager, Jarod, was absolutely horrible and rude. I recommend that as long as this dude is in charge of this store, to NOT go here. The food is absolutely disgusting. It seems like management doesn’t care about how food is prepared there. Let alone care about how their customers feel or if they want to come back. It’s all about management and the Arby’s in Washington has it all wrong.

I go to this Arby’s because they are usually spot on and never mess my order up. If they do they are prompt to take care of it and honestly are always nice. However on my latest visit we ordered 2 meals and they completely left my fries out. I did not want to drive back so I just left it go and ate only the sandwich. However, I will not allow this one mistake to keep from going there. After all they “have the meats.”
