I was ordering from the app and had a problem removing an item. I drove to the window where the young lady took my phone and made the correction. I placed the order then drove to a parking spot to wait the 5 minute prep time. In about two minutes she was at the car window with the order. This was about 4 p.m. July 22nd, 2023. She should be commended. We will be back!

Went in to pick up Door Dash order. No one acknowledged me. Eventually the manager came out and just said hi but didn’t ask what I was there for and told him no one else did. He said since I was holding a Door Dash bag thru knew why I was there. Would have been nice to have been acknowledged. A good manager wails have said sorry. I’ve managed restaurants before including being an area manager of 10 restaurants. One of the first things employees are trained on is to acknowledge the customer. I live a half mile from this location and will tell everyone I know not go there. One hello would have made a major difference!

Got to this location at ten when they open and apparently the employee or managers didn’t come in early enough to actually get the restaurant ready for operation. They had me wait over ten minutes before telling me I needed to wait for the fryer to warm up. If this is a normal issue maybe this location needs to find new management. I go to this location often and normally everything is is great but a restaurant needs to be ready when they open.
