Today our food hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. Tried the BBQ sliders and they were yummy. Curly fries are always good. Definitely ringing the bell for this visit!

Normally I give 5 stars but got to say the drive thru was not good. I get to menu and was told to wait. There is literally only me and someone else at drive thru. I don’t think there was anybody inside dining. It around 2pm..after the pause asked for my order. Get to the door for the food. Again a pause. Girl comes to door she walking and talking. I have no idea what she even said. She says the amount of food. Give her payment. She walk and talk..I’m thinking she talking to someone else ordering food. She asked if I wanted sauce I said yes. Told to drive up front for food. Again another wait. I counted 5 minutes from time I got in drive thru to now. Wishing I went else where. Finally a man come out with my food. Taste of food is okay not worth a long wait. Not sure if short handed or not. Next time I want arbys I’ll go to another location. FYI never got the sauce with food. Why even ask?

Arby’s had a great deal, download the app and get five classic for $5. I hopped on board. They were friendly and kind. I took my food home and it may as well just been buns. There was hardly any meat in the sandwiches. Very disappointed.

I literally just pulled away from their establishment. I ordered a large fry with cheese. The cheese taste burnt as heck and the fries were old and must have been dipped in the grease to get hot again. They taste like salt and grease.

I ordered a pecan chicken salad sandwich online, and and when I went to pick it up, I was told they did not have any pecan chicken salad left. Since I ordered the sandwich on the app, I had to go online to get my money back. That occurred Memorial Day weekend and Arby’s corporate still has never got back to me. SCREW YOU RB’s and F-YOU VING RHAMES!

Worst Arby’s I’ve ever experienced. I’m a lover of Arby’s, eat it constantly. Montgomery, St Charles, Downers grove. It’s my favorite chain and I eat it often enough to the point where my family gives me gift cards for Christmas. This one recently gave me my gyros wrapped in tortillas and unfortunately it’s the one closest to my home.
