Elderly lady was very cold (she didn’t ‘take’ our order, we ‘gave’ it to her). Just poor customer service. We were notified that our order was ready with a “here!” as she dumped the tray on the order pickup counter.

In this country right now, we are averaging $5. – $9.00 a gallon for gas! If you’re closed for a staff meeting or store emergency, than advertise accordingly. Put signs on the door and drive-thru that states you are closed to your customers, and why. If not, that’s false advertisement. This location states that they close at 11pm today; but I guess they close whenever they so please…..

Food was great, but the service was not. The workers had a bit of a meltdown. They were short staffed but didn’t handle it well. The dining room was not clean, which is understandable if they were short staffed. I feel they could have handled it differently.
