Arby’s came out with a hamburger (not a beef sandwich), and we went to give it a try. I went with the Waygu Bacon Ranch burger. My dinner partners had Hushpuppy Breaded Fish Stripes and the Roast Turkey Bacon & Ranch deli sandwich. The big win for me was the Waygu Burger; it was juicy and flavourful. The Brioche bun was buttery. My partner enjoyed the Roast Turkey sandwich as it is a favorite of his. The consensus was that the fish strips were good but not great. The staff were attentive, and we felt they cared about our experience. The cashier thanked us for stopping in. The dining area was bland and dated.

If the young man would’ve listened to the order it would’ve been. I ordered a #1 combo without sauce. He told me a roast beef sandwich I said I wanted the cheese. Then we got our order with no fries he told me I didn’t order the combo & I know I did. This young man needs to listen to the orders I was not happy. It will be awhile before I go back & I know it won’t make a difference what I say but it made me feel better.

I was so excited to try put the Diablo chicken sandwich. It was so tasty and had the right amount of spice. But I while I was halfway through with the sandwich it became very chewy. When I looked down it was undercooked. Needless to say won’t be ordering from here anymore.

This is not a particularly busy Arby’s especially later in the day but the food can still be quite slow to come out when you go through the drive thru. Food is well made and tasty when you get it reasonably priced although you have to check your order before leaving as they do sometimes forget to put certain items in the bag normally fries. There milkshakes are amazing I would rather drive there for one then go to my local McDonald’s a block away not only are they slightly bigger then McDonald’s they have a great deal more taste there really thick and they have a Jamocha flavor just to be different.

Not the friendliest people. Had the ac on a cold day. None of the sauces were filled and the female worker kept giving me dirty looks. For fast food it took them a half hour to get my food.I guess their rewards are for worlds worse/ slowest Arby’s. Won’t be coming back! Edit: my chicken was cold/raw in the middle.

My review on the Elmhurst Arby’s isn’t based on the food.This review is based on the staff. I was there this past Monday August 17th around 5:30pm for take out. I was waiting in line when one of the staff members was on his cell phone talking loud using the F word every 10 seconds. Not only was this person swearing the rest of the staff was laughing at his phone conversation. I had my 7 year old son with me it was very disappointing the manger allowed this to happen. The food is really good here but that was probably the last time i ever go inside i will stick to the drive-thru if i ever return.

My husband went today & ordered a hot spicy Hawaiian chicken , received a beef sandwich & I ordered a chicken sandwich with pickles & onions & never got the pickles & onions! Plus, there fries are ridiculously small!! I don’t think we will be returning.

Went to the Elmhurst Illinois restaurant. Ordered two single classic roast beef sandwiches and a double with curly fries. Fries were tasty and crispy. Enjoyed a couple of delicious orange cream shakes. Of course, added the BBQ sauce. Love the horsey sauce on there too!
