My husband and I had an appointment in Huntley and we decided to stop at Arby’s. We hadn’t eaten at an Arby’s for a while and I had a taste for a beef sandwich and potato cakes. I love potato cakes so much that they are the main reason I wanted to go to Arby’s.

Ben took my order today (I have no affiliation with him, but credit where credit is due!). Although the restaurant was a little busy, my order was up quickly, and I certainly enjoyed the smell of the cooking did while I waited. Ben did not hesitate to give me the generous amount of sauce I requested and the order was perfect! I really appreciate that I was able to get the amount of sauce I requested because I grew up with Arby’s and the sauce is what makes everything stand out for me, curly fries included. This location does not have a space for customers to grab their own sauce packets (I’m not sure if any locations do), but it is a great idea in order to help them keep their prices down since Arby’s has always been on the higher side of the price range for fast food. Overall, excellent service and atmosphere. Thank you Ben and the other gentleman working behind the scenes at 7:30pm on 3/29/2023!!!

went 15 min before closing because i was on my way home, and my pregnant wife said she wanted some arby’s. then when i got to the drive thru no one answered , and when i went to go inside the door was locked. but the sign on the door said the hours were dine-in 10am-10pm and the drive thru was 10am-11pm, but online it’s the opposite. there was someone at the drive thru window but refused to help. definitely not going back. rude staff.

My family and I was visiting because we had never been to Crystal Lake. So we stop by to have lunch. The food was cold. Atmosphere was pleasant we were the only one on the inside. Service was friendly but the food was not.

First time trying Crystal Lake Arby’s and I can understand waiting and being understaffed..but dude handed me my food and leaned in my face aggressively saying Have a nice day Sir repeatedly. Taking anger out on me like I’m the one that forced you to apply here and continue employment. Find God.

Slow service but they do try. Today was very busy in drive through and we waited 3 minutes just at the kiosk to give our order. Food is tasty and you have to get a Jamocha shake.

After calling a few times because they kept adding bacon to my salad I finally come home thinking that it was made right until I realized that my whole salad was soupy and watery and that’s when I tipped over the container and realized the bottom was flooded with either water or some mysterious liquid. Haven’t had Arby’s in years and sad to say I’m very disappointed

I absolutely love Arbys. However this is the worst arbys location I have ever visited. The staff is very rude, and the wait is very long. There could be two people in the restaurant and it takes ten minutes to get your order in. I felt like merely being in the building was visibility angering the staff. I visited this location twice, thinking the poor service was just a one time thing but it was worse the second time.

Got the limited time sirloin garlic sandwich… It was awful We had to look for the meat that was hiding under the piece of cheese. It was absolutley NOTHING like it appeared in the ad. This totally borders on false advertising. I will not be back and will be sure to tell everyone that I see about this situation. I should have taken a picture of it to post. I would do so but I would not invest another 8 dollars for that piece of garbage!
