I have been patronizing this Arby’s for years. I am always extremely impressed by my experience. Staff is always friendly but also very personable and willing to go out of their way to take care of me as a customer. There was an employee that I got to know a couple years ago who would save up scraps of meat from my dogs and just give them to me, this is not something I ever asked for but this guy was clearly a dog lover and I greatly appreciated his generosity. The players are probably not supposed to do this, but I still appreciated it and it meant a lot to me and a lot to my dogs

The staff is great. I enjoy the friendly staff there. One staff member I believe his name was Braxton, He made me laugh and I had such a wonderful day after that. He and the one woman are such a great team. It’s people like that that make it a great experience. Now open up the dining area already

Great staff, awful food. Fries were overcooked and soggy at the same time, chicken was grisly and chewy, roast beef was the equivalent to microwaved lunch meat and the bun was stale and chewy. Won’t be visiting a Arby’s establishment again.

Got the Deluxe Fish sandwich and took 2 bites and it was cold in the middle. I got one from here on Sunday and it was perfect. I took it back to the counter and the lady seemed upset that I complained.

3 times now my order is messed up. Today, ordered the beef and cheddar double, get all the way back to work, sit down ready to pig out, and there is no cheddar??
