The food has gone downhill, I love a regular roast beef sandwich, but not when it’s dried up and been sitting under a heat lamp for 30 minutes. Arby’s used to be my favorite restaurant. At least their fries are still good.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Yesterday when going through the drive thru, my boyfriend, cousin and I with our dog ordered food and didn’t receive two items: a double beef and cheddar sandwich and a plain chicken sandwich. The lady in the drive thru suggested the plain chicken sandwich since they don’t sell just the patty and we told her we wanted to order that for our dog. We drove 25 minutes away and found out we didn’t get those two things. I called the store and the gentleman on the phone told me to come back and they’ll fix it. Another 25 minute drive ending up with my boyfriend arguing with the lady at the drive thru. She tried to lie saying we didn’t order those two items then said she remembered our order and didn’t apologize for her mistake. After telling her multiple times that I would like to speak to a manager or the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone, I was ignored. Finally a manager did come and finally we got our receipt that they never gave us and we had to order again just to get two items that were missed. Too much stress and frustration for something we should have got in the first place. No apology or acknowledgement of their mistake by the management or the drive thru lady.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes (just at the window) and only received two drinks and nothing else. Was ignored the entire time while staff just looked. No communication about what was taking so long. Get it together… super frustrating to wait that long for three sandwiches and an order of curly fries and cheese sticks. I was also the only car in line at the time of ordering. Should focus on drive thru more than doordash ♀️ended up just going to Panda express.

Won’t be back. When there’s a 10-15 minute wait for your food and you’re the only customers in the place, you’re obviously expecting at least warm food. We got ROOM TEMPERATURE roast beef, chicken, AND the fries! How’s that possible?

Maybe have a sign reading “drive through only”. Sucks for people to walk to the door just to find out it’s locked. I went through the drive through and I should have keep going. Service was quick but the food sucked! Never again. The kicker was when the Domino’s delivery guy tried to bring pizza in and was locked out. Come on Helena wth?

As a previous assistant manager in a fast food facility I KNOW that the chicken tenders that came on my sandwich were sitting in a warmer over the amount of time that food safety guidelines allow. They were cold and hard.

Went to the drive thru and the lady was very rude and didn’t even ask what we wanted for a drink, then gave us the wrong size and an iced tea that we didn’t order. I understand what it’s like working in the food industry and how stressful it can be but I don’t understand what her problem was they didn’t seem to be very busy and my order wasn’t complicated.
