I went in there at a busy time. The drive through way a very long line and many people we’re waiting inside! The manager I believe, was losing her temper. Belittling the cashier at the front who was doing a great job! She was yelling and blaming the chaos on there being too many NEW employees! The only person who was offensive was that lady. She made us very uncomfortable as customers patiently waiting without complaining!

You would get more customers if you kept your lobby open. We left and went to McDonald’s, plus I saw at least 4 others drive away.

The young men serving us the food were quite literally, 3 of the best young men I’ve encountered in ages at this store. Zed, Tydus, and Damion. I requested a special fish sand and these young men couldn’t have been more accommodating. Besides the fact they know how to cook, prepare and serve up a rather nice meal. Given it’s fast food, and how well they work together, I was impressed! Thanks guys. I’ll be back.

Its Arby’s… bunch of kids bein kids in the back. My sammich wasnt fresh made, but was edible. The young lady who took my order was very polite and had me my food quickly.

The young man at the register with the hickey is the only reason this store gets an extra star. He gave pretty great service. Tonight we went in around 9pm and there were 5 young guys working, the food was not horrible but also not good. When I went back in to order something else since half of us didn’t like what we ordered I thought I couldn’t go wrong with a couple sliders but WRONG everything was even more gross, the mozzarella sticks were cold, the sliders had old roast beef on it which I’m pretty sure was pre-cut so they could clean the slicer and go home. Not that I’ll ever be back in this area but this location needs to work on quality standards and NOT play vulgar music while the store is still open and people and their kids are still walking in.
