The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was delicious! The chocolate shake was so good! The curly fries, YUM! The Jalapeno bites, fantastic! Maybe its because it was a quiet Monday, but man, I had a great experience. Everything was super clean and nice. 10/10, will visit again.

The man working the drive thru spoke so quickly it was very hard to understand. The kids meal was wrong and after waiting for almost 5 minutes in the drive thru the food was warm not hot as would be expected with an empty parking lot.

Went to Arby’s with my dad and his girlfriend for lunch..food was amazing as well as the service, however there a man, 60 years old at the earliest who kept staring at me. I am underage and this made me very uncomfortable.

How do you spell TACKY?!? Apparently, in Sioux Falls, it’s spelled A-R-B-Y-S! I asked for a lemonade without ice and was informed it would be **only half full**. I said no thanks. The person with me ordered one and was given 3/4 cup of ice. We drove up the road to Slim Chicken and were given a full-sized lemonade, no ice, no questions asked. I’ll definitely take my business elsewhere next time!

Listen… I like Arby’s I really really do, but this one was.. Sad 🙁 they had an empty employee of the month placard, and that bell you ring for good service was torn off the wall and missing.. I have hope for them, but it was a bit of a let down. Sending thoughts and prayers (you guys need ’em).
