The customer in front of us had a large order and used the app to order his food. Problem was he waited until he was at the counter to do so holding up the line for what seemed like forever. Once we got to order the woman taking the orders was extremely helpful and went out of her way to explain any questions and the food came quickly and it was delicious. My Rueben was awesome and my wife tried the new fish and loved it. The Arby’s in Brandon has never let us down…..I’d give it 11 out of 10 stars…

I will have to say this has been the most pleasant fast food joint I have eaten at in quite awhile. The staff always seems happy that your there. I have been working in town for about 2 weeks and eaten here several times. Always happy I came here. I give big props to Alex, she has gone above and beyond to make it feel welcoming. I even gave her a bit of a hard time about the cookies and she proved herself well. Look forward to coming back in the future. Keep up the great work.

To be honest it is a fast food restaurant. But that’s where it gets interesting. The service is AMAZING. The staff are so friendly, helpful, accommodating…totally over the top. And let’s face it…they have curly fries…extra star for that alone.

I went in just around 11 or 11:30 am on the 20th. The lady who helped me was very nice. My food was hot and correctly made. The chicken bacon ranch loaded fries were off the chart!!

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Arby’s. We were in town for a baseball tournament and were hungry between games. I ran to pick up food and bring back to the ball diamonds. Ordered two chicken sandwich meals and a slider. Got my drinks and a bag, the lady said thanks and shut the window. I failed to check the bag, because I figured 3 sandwiches should be too difficult. Well got all the way back to the diamonds and no chicken sandwiches. I called and they asked if I could come back, I didn’t have time to drive back before the game and asked if they would just refund to my card. They said they couldn’t do that but would send me coupons for two free meals. I said fine and gave my address. Still haven’t received the coupons.

Good food but didn’t have much to order, table outside didn’t have a leg so I fell through the bench. Service was good and quick, but just don’t sit at the lifetime table that has seen better days

So I just went to Arby’s around 5:00 order two half pounder sandwiches of beef and cheddar along with mozzarella sticks and a crinkle fry and a strawberry lemonade how could you forget a sandwich when a person to order two sandwiches one sandwich that was into a meal and then another sandwich only how could you mess that up

Worst service I’ve ever dealt with, not only did I get my food when it was medium hot not fresh hot, they didn’t give me ketchup and when I was going to request a packet or 13 I was RUDELY ignored, that is the most unprofessional and rude thing I have ever had to deal with as a PAYING customer….
