We went to Arby’s again today. Had my Grandson with me today teaching him how to do my job. He is going to work with the company I work for this summer before he head’s of to college. So we had to stop at Arby’s for dinner. Very fast and friendly service again today. Thank you Arby’s you do a Great job. This is the Arby’s in Worthington MN.

The order taker was amazingly patient with me as I tried to order while keeping order with my 2 kiddos. The order was brought up to the counter fairly quickly despite the time being right at suppertime. And everything was in order in the bag! All 3 meals were delicious!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! The manager is extremely rude I didn’t get my curly fries that I payed for and they refused to give them back because they messed up and put something else in my bag and wanted that back instead even tho you can’t take food back and it was eatin because we didn’t know that NEVER going back there

While the people seemed responsive to my order (gyro with condiments on the side, beef n’ cheddar with red ranch on the side, and a fish deluxe) they did not get anything right. The lettuce, onions and tomato for the gyro was one piece of each. The tzatziki sauce was absent. The fish was over cooked and the red ranch was also missing. By the time we realized this was the case, we had traveled over 30 minutes towards home. Upon returning, it was even harder for them to realize the error. Sadly, those who take the orders are never in true communication with those who cook. Also, those who receive the final product should take a minute to confirm the order, and sauces, silverware, and napkins…but that was the 80’s when people knew what went into a meal.

A “Neighborhood tourist”
We went through the drive thru and I ordered a regular roast beef meal with a large curly fry and a root beer. When we got to the window, she asked me if I had said a regular roast beef and I said yes. Then she asked if I wanted any sauce and I told her “Arby’s sauce and ketchup.” As we were pulling away, I checked my sandwich and they gave me a cheddar beef so we backed up and got the right one. After we left, I was getting out the sauce and they gave me HORSEY SAUCE! I didn’t realize they even have that, I only saw the back of them and they look just like Arby’s sauce! There was no one in line behind us, no one came they whole time we were there and they don’t have dine in so no one was inside ordering. We were the ONLY ones there. How do you even mess up and order that bad?!
