Restaurant is kept clean and neat. If you know Arby’s, you know the menu and it’s done well here. Always try out the new items they have, good stuff. Lobby had been closed for a while but is open for dine in again. Staff were friendly and made the ordering experience pleasant.

The people are great and like the food, but this location seems to be on its last legs. The location is drive through only and has been so for a long time. There are broken windows and potholes throughout the drive up that need to be fixed. People get a 5, food gets a 4, but the potholes and location get a negative 7, it’s really bad

Was bummed out because I loved Arby’s through the years.. as it turns out, it’s just so happen to be an off night for the team at Arbys at the Plymouth location. I tried getting a hold of them and tweeting the management with photos of my order. No answer no reply nothing. I was quite surprised especially that I tweeted and tried contacting Arby’s customer service and had no response. Take a look at the photos below and you recognize why I was a little bummed out of my food order. It would be nothing to be proud of I thought the owner of that particular Arby’s was want to know what kind of product delivered .

The whole expérience was average. We were the only customers eating inside. The drive thru gets more business so that may be a better expérience. The parking lot area at this location is absolutely horrible. Lots of pot holes!

All the Arby’s seem to have gotten run down and overpriced. Some give you sauce and some do not unless you ask. There is barely any meat on the roast beef. Just not the Arby’s I remember even just three years ago.
