Did the drive through which is always busy at this location. Love the chicken pecan salad sandwich! This location seems to put more of it on the sandwich than a couple of other locations I stop at. This time was no different. The bread, a substantial but always soft grain- bread type, is a good match for the filling. The chicken is real, not mushed together chicken scraps to create a pseudo chicken breast. The mayo (?) blend is light, the celery is crunchy and the pecans are fresh and tender crunchy. All is good except I’d like more grapes for the sweet pop I find delicious. Seems like there are less grapes in this seasons’ recipe but could just be my perception since I miss them in the mixture recently. Still a bargain $6 sandwich and coupons that make it even cheaper is my go to in the summer when near an Arby’s.

Ordered a meal there was only one person in front of me so it wasn’t crowded it wasn’t rush out so I expected food to be fresh however I spent my last $12 on burnt fries and a burnt chicken bacon and Swiss sandwich.. I should have checked the bag b4 driving off but really wanted to get home after work. Got home fries were burnt and hard tasted like old Grease and so did the sandwich which was hard as a rock I took a bite of the fries knowing by the look it was going to be gross but I was hungry after working a 8 hr shift and I was right I spit it out took a bite of the sandwich knowing the same thing took a bite and spit it out.. like no one was there for them to be rushed the guy at the window was nice but u knew what u were putting in my bag b4 u handed it to me im pissed because I’m not going back out and it’s just sitting there I have nothing else to eat because that’s the meal I planed.. took pictures trying to figure out how to add them because the burnt fries and the burnt dry sandwich that’s been sitting out for God knows how long was severed to me with a smile I want my money back

My friend and I went here to pick up an order Friday night. We placed it through the mobile app and decided to get it inside since the drive thru lane was long. There was only one guy working the front counter. For a Friday night with groups of people inside ordering, it was understaffed.

If I could give a 0 I would… Hubby and I ordered the Wagyu Burgers… No Way Burgers more like it!! Sloppy and Do Not even resemble the picture…. Dry Cold burgers … Cold Curly Fries and Jalapeño Bites. This meal reminds us why we have not eaten at an Arby’s for years!!!

When Arby’s is trying to make people sick ..refer to pics of raw. Chicken , the owner or manager or whoever was sent to me a link to talk about the customer service I experienced about my raw chicken, however I found it extremely difficult to fill out the survey they gave me the link to so I think that’s their way to just prolong complaints or something. Also would like to note thank goodness I had amazing insurance l, going to the doctor would have cost me $327.10 I am out my co-pay $3.50 tho. Hopefully they train or stop hiring potheads in the kitchen

The older lady with the long pretty hair was absolutely rude, she can do better with her attitude. It wasn’t busy at all due to the weather so my visit wasn’t / shouldn’t of been an inconvenience for her. I also work In fast food and you don’t take your frustrations out on the customers especially if they’re not being rude on the other end. Food was bomb tho

Employee made the comment to a coworker. “Isn’t there another place to eat?”, I will close this #*&&@: anytime I want?” and other swearing. They had left the driveway through window open. I called and told the store manager the next day. I will not be going back to Arby’s.
