The food is really good but the sandwiches tend to be on the sloppy side. I wish they took more care when making them, but it doesn’t affect the flavor, that’s for sure! The new Americana Roast Beef is an absolute WIN! The honey mustard on it really is everything. So delicious!

Came 40 minutes before the dining area closed and as they saw my car pull up two employees came out and quickly locked the doors. Whatever. So as I go through the drive through, the person I spoke to was incredibly rude, rushing me the entire time, and clearly just not in a good mood. It was over 1 and half hours before they closed and I was the ONLY car in the parking lot. At least the food was good.

Food was hot and delicious. I went through the drive-thru and my food came quickly but the staff member didn’t have very good customer service skills. He was rude and short with me when he took my order and it the window. When I said asked for sauce he made it seem like it was a hassle for him and when I said thank you he just turned away and let the window closed without a word.

Make sure your order is correct before you leave. I ordered cheese on my roast beef and there was nothing on it not even Arby’s sauce. I asked for horsey sauce and didn’t get that either. We also donated to no kid hungry and didn’t receive the slip for a free slider either.
