Yesterday this location produced the best food that I’ve had from the Arby’s in a while. The new steakhouse burger was made with fresh cheeses and flavor 100%. The fish sandwich was very good lettuce cold on a hot fish fillet which I was very hesitant on trying but overall a good experience. And the person that was at the drive-thru was very very nice.

How do you run out of roast beef? On a Monday evening (8/21)? Waited for 10min in the drive-thru, watched the car ahead drive off. They forgot the crinkle fries – waited another 10min, people honking. Very disappointed in this Argus. Checkout the one in Plymouth (55&494) if you want to see how it’s done.

Whoever the young man at about 4:30 p.m. on 6/25 taking orders and at the window was, he was amazing. He was hilarious taking our order to make sure the large order was perfect, making jokes to get it right. My husband said he sounded like our favorite comedian and when we pulled up told the young man that he must be related to the comedian. He said that he was and even gave us a couple of one liners. He could have been making it up, but that 5 minutes in a drive through was fun, fast and efficient and the meal tasted amazing. Give that young man a raise and a pat on the back! Great job Arby’s!

The food was hot and ready quickly. Plus, we had to wait an extra minute for one thing in our order and the manager threw in extra sauces. Both employees that we interacted with were considerate and polite. Overall, it was a great expereince.

So I rarely post reviews but today the service at the Arbys in Minnetonka was exceptional. Very personable, polite and my order was 100% correct. I had a completely different experience at the Chipotle at 7 and 101 and wrote a pretty scathing review. This contrast made me realize that i need to start posting regularly when I get good service. It’s these folks that deserve the attention and the gratitude.

I’m addicted to the Jamoca shake. I love to stop and grab the snack size which is a small version to keep me going. The curly fries are a favorite as well. The service at the Arby’s in Minnetonka near 7 and 101 is excellent. They are helpful, humorous and outstanding. Been going to Arby’s since my college days. They are one of the best fast food joints still around for which I’m grateful.

I think they need to replace thier speaker in the drive thru. I said that I wanted roast beef gyros and then I ordered some curly fries and they guy said crinkle fries so I corrected him. He said that I cut out through the speaker, so when he said that, I wanted to make sure that he heard me say Roast Beef because I really don’t like the other meat. Than he said “I can change it but you need to tell me that ahead of time.” Then I get up to the window and they seem annoyed with me for having to remake them because it was the wrong meat.

you cant go wrong with ARBY I love the harsie sauce be sure to get some. I was in the drive throgh with my sister janece and we order the Chicken sandwich the 2 for 7 large curly fry’s and a shake i think was jamaica. the jamaica flavor was coffee and delicious if you are wondering…curly fry’s never disapoint. ANd janece had a dalter pepper,, her Favorite! wish they had a peycan chicken sandwich left… when we got to the drive thow the young man working was very freindly. he had a nice voice like john wayn and was a very nice looking young genelmen. next time I will ask him if he is singel…not for me ha ha i am maried to my husband JERRY he is still Good Looking for being. 79 ha ha.
