This Arby’s location always has good service and quality of food in relation to other fast food service in temhe area. I feel like fast food prices have gone up so much in the past few years so it’s important for service to set them apart. I recommend this location and will come back again

Always had great service here, till Su. 8/20. Ordered Buffalo wings with bleu cheese dressing, got ranch and then charged 75 cents for a cheddar cup, which we did not order. Thinking order taker didn’t know what Bleu cheese dressing was and ordered the cheddar for us. Also asked for curly fries, got crinkle and was spose to b 2 orders of fries, only recvd one.

I loved it here. I hadn’t been to arbys in years and had low expectations, but it was actually really good. Unfortunately, there was a downpour a few hours before, that seemed to have broken a roof tile, so there was a bit of water coming in, but they put out buckets and such, and it wasn’t much of an issue. The food was delicious, though.

I bought 5 roast beef. I paid extra for cheese. I got them home and found little balls of dried beef. They smelt funny and were hard and rubber. I used to buy a lot but no more. So disappointed.

The food was good but there was some confusion among the employees about my order that took like 10 minutes for them to resolve. The only thing I got was a sorry for the wait. No explanation, no complimentary sandwich card on a returning visit. I guess I was just an inconvenience for them not a valued customer.
