I’ve never received such rude service in a Drive-Thru.. I uses to eat here once a week until my grandfather passed away I don’t go much… but I heard their burgers are back, and had to have one.. I have never received such rude service before.. they pulled me forward for fresh fries I received my food and my fries were not fresh I called the store the lady brought me out new ones I had noticed my burger had tomatoes on it she said they would remake it the other lady came out and argued with me thay first batch of fries were fresh and I was wrong and proceeded to argue with me. I called back to talk to the manager and the girl really told me she just left So within 2 minutes of me leaving the manager was no longer there just unbelievable.

Drive through was a little slow, but the gal who took my order was super pleasant and clear! I asked for no cheese and no tomato on my sandwich and my order was perfect! Curly fries were hot and amazing! All around a great experience, good job team!

I don’t normally do this, especially to a local business, but this system is broken. I placed an order for pickup. Huge line of people ordering, so naturally you would think since you already ordered, you’d be able to go in and pick up your order. Nope. So Politely I called to let them know I had ordered online for pickup and my order should have been done, waiting. “Manager” says order isn’t ready and to wait on line. I politely said, for an order I placed online? Someone won’t run it out? He said Wait in line. We wait in line. Order should have been done and ready 18 minutes ago now. Pick up our order that “wasn’t ready” so it should be hot and fresh, right? Nope! Food was cold, fries cold! Seriously?! This is the best you can do? Half the time the order is messed up! And you want how much an hour? We won’t be going back! Horrible customer service, Horrible Manager! Do your job!!
