I’ve never had a better or more professional dine in at a fast food establishment. Who I assume was the manager, was very quick to greet us, and handled some minor discrepancies with professionalism and courtesy. This person also came over to our table at the right time and asked us how we were doing and if everything was OK. This is America’s Arby’s.

Chicken bacon Swiss was on par for expectation. Still tasted batter years ago. Quality may have slipped off. Service and food better than the last time I attempted to eat here a year ago. Good job on removing all the junk staff from that time period.

Three employees in the kitchen and no one greeted us. At least two of them saw us walk in but it took at least a minute before anyone even acknowledged us. The guy with the headset on rang us up. He was nice but didnt seem to want to be there.

This is the worst Arby’s. Everytime I go,which WAS often I would say make sure to put horsey sauce in the bag. NEVER do I get it. And the last straw tonight I went to drive through and was asked to pull ahead. I did so and ended up waiting 20 minutes for someone to bring out a bag of cold food with No sauce. I’m done and will tell everyone do not go to Neenah Arby’s. BTW this was a $25 order. What a waste!

If you go at the right time everything is fresh and hot, but if you don’t your food will be gross and cold. The curly fries are never hot.

There is never any salt on the fries. I ordered the màc and cheese and got about a half a cup, nothing for whàt was paid.

Said no tomatoes and no lettuce also no onions this is all due to me being extremely allergic to onions. I can’t have any kind of cross contamination. It was told to the sandwich maker and on the receipt. Got my food it had lettuce and tomato on it cant take the Chance had to return it fries got cold just bad experience.
