Don’t know what they did, but my last two visits the classic rb had less meat. Also the bun was dry. Not the same sandwich I was used to getting. Not a fast food hamburger guy either. Not sure what I will be looking for next time.

Just visited this place around 4 PM on a Saturday afternoon. They forgot to ring up an item I had asked for, so had to pull around and reorder. Then I get home and realize they hadn’t put plastic cutlery in the bag for my loaded Mac n Cheese I ordered.

Was very disappointed in my sandwich. I got the brisket sandwich. Looking at the menu at the counter vs what I got were 2 totally different things. Picture show a sandwich with a lot of meat my sandwich had 3 thinly sliced pieces of meat. Maybe ¼” of meat Pictures looks like ¾” of meat. Disappointed in an $8 sandwich that was the size of a McDonald’s dollar menu cheeseburger

I have to give credit where credit is due. We just had an AWRSOME experience there. Gave it another chance and there was new staff. That being said the following is a previous experience *Hwy 10 is terrible. Area manager doesnt bother to care that the food they serve is inedible. Cheese was crusted to fish sandwich and the fish was cold. The chicken biscuit had a tender the size of my pinkie finger on it. Will not be back.
