Waited I drive through for a couple minutes. Told, “it would be a moment.” Waited Another ten minutes, and no one ever responded. Went inside to order. There were four people working. I worked at this location 24 years ago as a teenager. We usually had two to three of us on staff in the evening and made orders much faster with a lot more customers ordering. The inside of this place has really gone down the tubes over the years. Absolutely not sanitary looking. Eat at one of the other locations. Don’t come here.

Pulled into the drive thru tonight at 9:40pm and no one answered the speaker to take our order. The lights were all on, the sign was on, and the workers car was still in the parking lot. If I were the owner/manager, I’d fire a staff member who knowingly ignored a customer 20 minutes prior to closing.

Roast beef in a roaster for catering was perfect for what our office needed. Can buy roast beef per the pound and buns in 30ct packs. It’s well received by all and without the buns meets gluten free needs! Not a big fan of paying extra for the condiments in cups verses just getting handfuls of packets, but that’s the way they have it priced.

Service was slow. The fries were cold. had to wait for fresh ones. Ketchup dispenser was not working. When I went to the counter I was ignored. The girl behind the counter walked back and forth from the fry station to the back of store. Finally the cook said something to her. Also I think they washed the floor with soda it was very sticky and our shoes stuck to it. Used to be a great place to eat.

Order was correct and most of the good was good, however my favorite sandwich, the roast turkey and Swiss market fresh sandwich was the worst one I’ve ever had. Whoever was working the the kitchen heated it somehow after it was made. The cheese was melted, the veggies were hot and wilted, and the bread was hard.

Food came quickly and was good, but the restaurant was very dirty. The floor was dirty, sticky, and had dead bugs on it. Over half the tables were dirty. We were the only customers in there and the order screen said “no orders”, yet the employees could be seen standing around eating in the kitchen .
