Ordered Roast Beef with out bun. The roast beef was very pale, greenish in many areas and dry crispy at the edges. As a whole Arby’s has been in a food decline for many years.

Order was not entered correctly even after repeating it 3 times. What we ordered is not what was on receipt. It was a very simple order, 2 for $7 beef n cheddar, crinkle fries and medium chocolate shake. Ordered 2 for $7 but was charged full price for each sandwich. When getting refund, worker had no clue, called another person (manager?)who also didn’t know how to fix pricing so she refunded entire order and rerang order and also fixed the wrong fries entered on our order. It took close to 25 minutes to get this order. When my name was called, they were giving me our first wrong order plus the correct order. The 2 roast beef sandwiches for the 2 for $7 only had about 1/3 the meat that they usually come with.

Just went through the drive thru and the person wearing a black shirt, which I assume is a manager or supervisor, was not wearing a mask or gloves. Glad to see another business that won’t protect people. Yet another business to add to our list of boycotts.

Horrible had the chicken ranch sandwich cheese was cold 2 little pieces of chicken tore off half of bun to get any flavor, the other one was a Reuben with pretty much no meat. Had to wait for fries which were the best part of meal. Will not be back EVER.

Went there and got I believe a number 10 meal. Fries were only halfway full and only warm ( I ordered a large), and the sandwich had been sitting out for at least 5-10 minutes because absolutely no part of it was even hot. It was cold, hard, and barley edible. It was disgusting and I’m not even sure I should have eaten it. The only good parts were the Dr Pepper and the cookie I ordered. Please learn how to do your jobs, making sure if someone orders a large fry they get a large fry not a medium, and making sure the food is actually hot and doesn’t seem like it’s been sitting out for 30 minutes. Very dissatisfied and disappointed considering I spent $15. Do better.

Brisket sandwich was not good. I had the hush puppy fish. Definitely not like the picture. Three small pieces of not very tasty fish. Curly fries had a lot of little crumbs in them which I wouldn’t think would be in the manual of how to serve an order of fries. Haven’t eaten at Arby’s in a long time but thought we would try it because they’re supposed to have the meats. But really they just have a bunch of sliced meats like you can buy in any grocery store.

I was there to pick up five pounds of roast beef and buns. I was told to be there at 1:00 pm. Not only was my order not ready , there were three people in front of me waiting on the same thing. I figured they were keeping track on the order they should be getting our stuff together but they left that up to us and kept asking who’s next. Completely and utterly disorganized. I spent 30 minutes waiting. That being said, the staff was apologetic and the final result was pretty good. Beef was as good as any Arby’s and the cold sauces were cold and buns fresh. We will go back but expect delays.
