I always get the original chicken sandwich but i was extremely disappointed when i took the bun off to see green tomatoes. The tomatoes are my favorite part and i had to remove them which was upsetting because it didn’t taste the same. Service was good but I wish they wouldn’t serve green tomatoes

The white girl with the braids couldn’t be less friendly. She ignores you upon arrival – it took 7 min for her to approach the counter today for the first time. It’s very clear she hates her job and doesn’t want to be there. She handed me a soda that was overfilled – the top of the lid was full of soda and it was spilling down the side. She ignored it. When I asked for a napkin she audibly sighed, grabbed napkins with her back to me and handed the napkins over her back so she wouldn’t have to look at me. I cleaned up her mess.

This store is awesome when the current manager is in charge! We have been going to this Arby’s for many years! It was across the street, but same people! The store manager was gone to another location for a while and we could tell! While he was gone, everything went down hill here. Now, the food is back up to par along with the service times and personalities. Please DO NOT move him again!!

I have been employed in the food industry for a very long time, and I must say I was super impressed with the service from the young man at the counter taking orders today. Not only was it a busy Saturday lunch rush, but it was apparent he was training. He was left on his own as his coworker quickly cleaned up the lobby. With a line at least 7-8 orders deep at the time, he handled each one with attention to detail. He was friendly. He smiled. But most of all, he was PATIENT as most customers had a coupon! I would hire him in a heartbeat. I wish I knew his name to give him the proper shout-out. Thank you sir! I will be back. I mean, who can pass up a 2 for $7 deal?

I had purchased 2 of the ribeye sandwiches today. When I got home the fried onion rings and cheese were missing. I couldn’t tell if anything else was missing as it was quite messy eating it. The other problem they had was one cash register was down and the only one that worked properly was the drive up window. The only way we could pay was either with gift card which I had or cash only.

they’re incompetent of working a dual lane drive-thru at that location I get asked to wait to order and then they take an orders from the empty lane when a new customer shows up 2-5 min later has happened more than once will not return
