The service is always good and friendly. Unfortunately, we have come into the lobby to eat twice in a row to find all the tables dirty. There was no one there other than us. There is no reason someone shouldn’t be out wiping tables down. Please do better.

Not all heroes were a cape. The real ones make fresh motzz sticks 30 minutes before close. **would have been a 5 star rating. However due to shared bathroom limitations and a fully occupied men’s washroom. Corporate antics worthy of downgraded review.

Workers spend more time talking and messing around than doing their job. They all stand there doing nothing when there are 4 orders on the screen. Currently have been waiting 20 minutes on our order. The lady taking our order was complaining to us about another worker instead of doing anything. Tables were all filthy. Very disappointed.

Went their to get some food last Sunday, and used the drive though. They told me to wait like always, and I did but after 26 minutes, and no one getting back to me I left. Now it was slow day with no one else their either inside or in the drivethough so why did no one get back to me.

The food is good, if you can get it. I don’t even bother trying. Staffing is an issue so I get it, but the last few times I tried to get food I waited in the drive thru line over 10mn without moving.

Ok where do I start. Went in to order. Only 2 people working. Cook and old guy doing drive thru and front. Took 10min. To make my order customers behind me left because waiting too long. Hire more people or close if not enough people. The waygu burger was not cooked all the way. Way too pink. Slopped together. I think I’m done. Old guy was having a hard time.

Asked when placing an order, if I could use the coupon I had , I was told yes .get to window after it wouldn’t scan was told no . The coupon was not honored. As someone who has been in management when you don’t give your employees the right information and train them right, you honor what your customers have been told . I did have a call after I put in a complaint about it nicely . As a customer, I was not offered any coupons or anything, just given the run around. I feel sorry for the employee who took my order .That poor kid is going to end up making more mistakes and get reprimanded by his supervisor for her not giving him the right information during training to begin with. The food was Luke warm when we got it but was still good .I will not be going to this location again.
