I am usually an Arby’s fan. This place however was nothing like the usual Arby’s. I spent I believe around 25 dollars and ordered 2 small roast beefs and 2 of their new “Ribeye” sandwiches.(to bring home to share with wife) You talk about a sandwich not looking anything like the picture . It was absolutely terrible tasting and looking. The meat itself was something to behold. The color was a light gray/tan and it was of worse quality than the actual regular roast beef sandwiches… Wich were old and dry as well. Almost as if they cooked all the meat in the morning and left it all day. What a waste. They had me pull forward after paying and I was literally the only person at the establishment. After waiting 5 minutes, out they come. So I leave and start driving home looking forward to my sandwiches. Totally let down by the nasty “Ribeye” sandwich(wich I could only take 2 bites ) , I try to stay positive and grab a roast beef. Open it… Dry as can be… Oh well I’ll slather it with some Arby’s sauce (wich I specifically asked for) only to find that.. Yes they forgot to give me any sauce whatsoever. Don’t plan on going back to this location wich is quite unfortunate because it’s the closest Arbys to me by far. . I personally felt like whoever is in charge of the quality of food and freshness didn’t just fail, they also didn’t give a hoot either about someone spending their hard earned money on food that should at least be fresh.

One of the craziest things I’ve seen is someone taking orders while outside in the parking lot and then I’m guessing telling the employees inside through the drive thru window. She was talking to people (guessing her friends) who were sitting near their car in the parking lot. Otherwise the food is decent nothing horrible nor special as to be expected from any Arby’s.

We went thru drive thru, so atmosphere does not apply. I hadn’t tried Arby’s wraps so I thought I’d try one. It was kind of tough. Much chewier than I expected. I have had other items from their menu and been happy.

I want through drive through yesterday and all you could hear was a conversation between an employee and a customer that was inside. And her talking about how the new generation is are lazy and don’t wanna work. And that she went through college full time and was a mom and also had to work jobs doing it. And she doesn’t understand why the newer generations don’t wanna have kids and work. Also she says that they just wanna sit at home and connect food stamps and unemployment from the government. This employee needs to get talk to.

This Arby’s is a newer store. It’s very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is always good and hot. Nice clean bathrooms as well.

Very poor service waited too long, 20 minutes for and went in and still eas not ready just a burger and will not be back to the one in Reedsburg. Very poor service and will pass on the poor service. I don’t think Reedsburg Arby’s will be there long

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have had nothing but issues with this place! They always forget something. And then they’ll tell you there is nothing they can do but take your name and number down for next time you come in. What if I don’t live near this place!?! Seriously ridiculous. They have always gotten my order wrong every time! Make the trip to Wisconsin Dells if you want Arby’s because this place sucks!
