This store was immaculate. I’ve run restaurants before (including fast food) and I know how much work goes into maintaining a space like Arby’s. I was shocked to see how perfect everything looked. I know that it was a new restaurant, so some amount of niceness is expected, but this was beyond my expectations.

I normally don’t bad mouth a place especially when I come here quite often and I’m pretty familiar with the GM, whom I like. Thank you Kim! You were missed today. First of all I ordered a French dip and a KRINKLE fry. Had a coupon. What I got was beef and cheese on a bun with hard cold CURLY fries. Asked for the peppercorn ranch on the side didn’t get it. I didn’t get the Au Jus that comes with the French dip which made it even worse. Ii asked for Arby’s sauce I got horsey sauce. My husband always gets the beef and cheddar which he is usually happy happy today it was cold and greasy. I was very disappointed in my visit tonight which I never am usually everything is pretty good.

The lady who waited on me was amazing! I wish I had caught her name but I walked in with a list … she took it entered everything… there was only one item she wasn’t exactly sure about but turns out she knew exactly what he was talking about! The service was crazy fast! I was super impressed! Everyone at work loved their food!

I’m sitting here now, 3:15p on 7/1. The young man working the front counter is so respectful and diligent. Our order for a family of 4 came out quickly and everything was fresh and delicious. A very nice brand-new Arby’s!

Ordered their Blueberry lemonade oh so delicious on a hot day. Also had a chocolate shake very good. Had the Greek gyro so much meat it kept wanting to fall out of the sandwich very good. Service great & quick. Definitely a place to go again

I think the brand Arbys has good food. However at this location seems they microwave a precooked burger. Food should be prepared per order not warmed up. Worth the wait if done right.

Not so fast food coupled with difficulty fulfilling orders. I was the only car present and was asked to pull around the building to wait for my food for five minutes; then they only brought out part of my order.

I don’t usually give bad ratings but, after my visit tonight I couldn’t give more than one star… I got the Americana which was supposed to be without tomato, good thing I’m not allergic but that wasn’t even the bad part… I have never had a sandwich as soggy and gross as this one, not to mention the stomach cramps, nauseouness and everything else that follows with that. Waited 20 minutes for our order just to get unbelievably SICK after eating just a few bites. Was SO HAPPY to have an arbys in town, but sadly will not be going back..
