They gave me the old bottom of the batch for curly fries.. other burn pieces And reg fried mixed in. Brisket sandwich was super thin, two small slices of meat and almost no topping.. overall worst food I’ve ever had.. ended up throwing it away because I opened it when I got to work and couldn’t go back

I had a great experience, customer service-wise, several weeks ago when I tried one of their Waygu burgers. Staff were super friendly, patient and made sure I was satisfied with the transaction and interaction. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until I got home that I saw the burger was raw inside — but I’ve been back to give them a second chance since and had a better experience with a different menu item.

Refuse to give service at 10:20. Told me they we’re closed and when I showed them the time they just said oh well. A shame, Arby’s needs a touch less ghetto when hiring losers or just dont bother staying open at night. Save us both money.

Way too expensive for a simple classic roast beef. The sandwich was good, warm and tasty. Use to be 2 for $5.00 and Now it over $5.00 for 1. Things are more than ridiculous these days.

We thought Arby’s had the meat…so where is it??? We understand they’re short staffed today, but are they short on meat too? The lady was super sweet and apologetic for the wait and our sandwiches were OK besides lacking meat so we gave 2 stars…hope homegirls day gets better!

I pulled into Arby’s after a long day of shopping with my Father & my Husband. We all ordered our food specifically the way we like it best. When we arrived at home my Husband’s sandwich was not the way he ordered it & My Matzerella sticks were cold. So if I ever go back to that Arby’s, I will try eating in & asking for Everything FRESH!

This location has improved a lot in the past year or so. We’ve gone there twice recently at lunch and the food has been as ordered (including special orders) and at good temperatures. Friendly service. The Rewards program/coupons keeps the price reasonable.
