Always and I mean always a 20 minutes wait. Like legit you can be the only one in the drive thru and still wait 20-30 minutes. and I swear nothing I order takes that long to cook. so ok You wait thinking I am getting fresh food. Nope. Fries be so cold. chicken stale. Like how can someone wait 30 minutes to get cold nasty food. happens so much I literally don’t go to this one. but made the mistake of stopping in yesterday as this one is closer to my house. and once again they did not disappoint. food was terrible. Really think someone needs to retrain the manager. don’t think anyone ever checks the screen. worst part is the managers be the worst employees in the building so good luck trying to complain about the service. anyways good luck to all who stop here. Usually not so brutal in my reviews but seriously buyer beware!

If I could rate this place zero I would. I can’t the meal was complete junk. Ordered the three piece chicken tenders and they gave me extremely tiny pieces, and when I say tiny I mean chicken nugget tiny, with no meat it was just breading!! The curly fries were also old and burnt. Save your money and go to the other Arby’s avoid this one at all costs. Don’t waste your money.

Absolutely the worst service at this particular Arby’s. Everytime we have gone it takes anywhere from 10-25 mins. This time we Waited in drive thru for 30 mins after our order was taken. 3 cars ahead. When we pulled up to the window waited 14 mins for our order. There was no one else there. Saw all workers staring at the screens like it was going to change. No prep work seems like they need training and possibly a new manager. No apology for the extremely long wait. Our food bag was soaked in grease, as if a box fell into the fryer and they just threw it in the bag. Everything was soaked with grease. Will not return to this Arby’s.

Got the chicken sandwich to mix things up and try something different. Was quite pleased. It was crispy, juicy and quite delicious. Small mix-up on the order but it was corrected immediately. Kudos to the staff for taking care of things.

Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to! Ordered a Turkey Ranch & BACON and got home with NO BACON on the sandwich! How do you forget the ingredient that’s in the name, especially after sitting in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes with no one in front of me! Isn’t this supposed to be fast food? Then the way he sandwich was put together, as you can see from the picture was HORRIBLE! All the ingredients were on pretty much one side of the sandwich. So I tried to call and the phone was busy like the phone was off the hook. Total unprofessional employees and complete lack of knowledge on how to do their job correctly. I will be contacting corporate about this location

I haven’t been here in years and my first time back we waited in the drive through for over 25 minutes. It was pretty frustrating but the service was extremely polite and the chicken and fries seemed fresh. For the wait, the manager slipped a free sandwich card into the bag (that we found when we got home).

They got meat, lots of meat! So much meat that people think they are packing the meat inside meat! One must go back to their basic staple sandwich, the roast beef with extra meat, then add 5 packages of horseradish sauce and if you are lucky put one large curly fry on it to give it that nice pizazz! Oh yeah! Meat me up baby!
