If I could give this negative stars I would. My shake first off came like water and my toppings were completely melted off it. The manager & workers should be fired for terrible quality of service. Milwaukee rd does better shut this place down already!!!

I usually stop on my way into work which is around 9:30 p.m. and I get some jalapeno poppers and some chicken nuggets or strips. They always do a good job. One time they didn’t have the poppers but I can understand after all it is late at night. Very friendly. Very nice. Clean seem to be good. Thumbs up guys thumbs up

Went through drive thru. Service was good. But you have to ask for your condiments at the pickup window. I didn’t even get a chance to ask. They closed the window when I paid. Then were taking another order when they handed me the food and closed the window right away. Why don’t they have a button for the condiments?

Unfortunately this place is starting to feel like it’s on its final stretch before closing. The parking lot starts it off with humongous pot holes that have been present for some time. The store inside was unkempt and dim too looking really dated. The service was just bland. No welcome, no suggestions or upsells. It’s important to say, at no point was any employee rude, just not welcoming. Now the real reason for the review, the food! I ordered mozzarella sticks (no marinara?) a French dip (cold au jus) a beef n cheddar (burnt!) and a cherry turnover (out of stock). The food was delicious and had potential but the few simple mistakes added up to a dissatisfying visit and a two star.

The last time i went i ordered a chicken sandwich and had a 5 min wait for it got home and was eating it took 2 bites and noticed it was kinda hard to chew and cold in the middle opened it up and the whole center of the chicken piece was raw still nasty bad experience for sure but have had good times in the past so only this neg for me so far glad i cought it would have been sick but they need to stay on top of that dont have pics but i dont wish food poisoning on anyone

Personal opinion only. Staff was friendly, our order was correct but I couldn’t stomach my sandwich. Roast beef and cheddar but the roast beef was so shredded I felt like I was eating baby food. Again this is just personal preference and I know that, my husband was actually excited he really preferred his sandwich that way.
