Sorry not sorry worst experience I’ve ever had at this location!! This is disgusting dirty hand prints on my drink cup also I didn’t have anything with chocolate or whatever this is on there just gross I order a Turkey Ranch & bacon sandwich so where is this coming from ? One star for thier ribeye sandwich. This is a $9.00 sandwich and it’s only 1 inch thick with the bun. Unreal. I called the store and the lady said ” ribeye is expensive “. I am aware of this. The other sandwiches were exactly like the photos (the fish and the gyro). Very very disappointed in the reaction of the call to the store. The picture is on a high lipped plate” (1 inch)

Paid $20 for 2 classic beef n cheddar’s a medium curly fry and 2 REGULAR strawberry lemonades got 2 “classic” roast beefs an 2 small strawberry lemonades. Paid $5 for each sandwich but there online menu says 4.49 not 4.99 and the “regular” strawberry lemonades were both small. Called and was told a bunch of rude nonsense. Don’t waste your time don’t waste your money and sure don’t waste your gas to attempt to get somewhat decent food.

Overall, it was Arby’s. The food was ok. Customer service was ok. They forgot the dip with 2 French dip meals. Had to go inside to get it. Again. This happens at every Arby’s every time. This Arby’s is a pain to go to because of construction. I’d eat her more often if it wasn’t a traumatic experience to get out of the parking lot back to 75th street going east bound.

The food quality wasn’t satisfying. Chicken was overcooked, the wrap of the chicken wrap was weak, couldn’t hold the food and the beef cheddar was too sloppy. Most of the curly fries were burnt.
