Mobile order nightmare! We gave them 30 min. before we were to pick up our food. They insisted that we ordered a spicy roast beef, when we’d ordered a fish sandwich. We even had a screen shot from our phone. The kid stood his ground. I told him that was NOT what we’d be taking home. Finally, they conceded and put a fish sandwich in the bag. Arriving home, we discovered the cherry turnover was swapped with an apple turnover and the French dip & Swiss ended up looking like the attached photo. We love Arby’s food, but won’t bother the location on Rawson anymore.

It’s hit or miss with this Franklin location. Last night it was a miss. If it had not been so cold, I would have taken the entire meal back. We ordered the gyro meal. Granted Arbys May not be the go to place for that sandwich , but we have had them before and they were OK. Last night my pita was literally falling apart. The lettuce and tomato looked like they had been scratched from the garbage disposal . The fries were so greasy they leaked through the cardboard containers and the bag. I threw them away. This is the second time we had this experience. We are done with this location.

We ordered 2 for $6 burgers from Arby’s and the portion was really nice and it will meet up your quick hunger with that we ordered one shake called Jamocha ,it’s a cold coffee topped up with some whipped cream and it tasted really good

Absolutely one of the best meals that my wife and I have grabbed in a while. Kristy was very nice and friendly. The food was hot, accurate, well made, no skimpy meat. Very tasty and quick. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. We will sure be back to this store. Thanks you guys dinner was great.

When I order a simple order and it’s repeated back to me I expect it to be right. I was the only one in the drive thru late at night. I order the boneless wings with hot honey sauce. They repeated back Buffalo. I again said no, hot honey. They said it would be 5 minutes I said ok. Guess what I got when I got home. Yup, Buffalo. I also asked for arby sauce and got ranch. Sure glad they are paying these kids $18.00 an hour.

Very friendly workers, cashier also went around asking how your food was. Unfortunately they screwed up BOTH orders we placed. Sent out wrong kind of wings and sent out wrong kind of turnover even though it was not busy at all?? Nice new restaurant and friendly atmosphere but sending out wrong food is inexcusable? They made it right but still…..
