The store seemed very short handed so the drive through was backing up fast counter seemed slower where the store was short handed. I feel everyone working behind the counter the drive through and the back line was doing the best they can do. Didn’t see any shift manager or any other manager working the line to help with the orders.

Their menu board is damaged which is fine because online menus are better to use anyways, but we pulled up at 7:50pm just for them to be closed, with employees cleaning inside. Google and their website still says they close at 10pm and there was no early close message posted. Disappointing, went to taco bell instead.
