The food is great and the service without fault. However, the temperature outside is near 100°. There should be a sign on the door to tell customers that the air conditioning is not working. The center, raised, portion of the dining room has carpeting that sticks to your shoes.

I go to a drive thru and order food and they give a 3rd of the order which takes 5 minutes to get ready and i say im missing this and that and they give me two extra cookies and as im going home and check the cookies they were expired by almost two weeks and i am just dead tired and now probably not going back there for a while

Did not get all my food through the drive thru. I called and they promised to send me a free meal in the mail. Did not show up in the mail. I went back to location and they had no reported issue and told me a manager would call next day. No call from anyone. Very disappointed in service and basically didn’t get the food I paid for.

Forgot to give me a straw for my jamocha shake! Had to ask for straw and condiments. For $4.59 I paid for a plain roast beef sandwich with hardly any meat on it. Then paid over $2.50 for a small curly fry. Paid over $10.50 and everything was at best, Luke warm. Not going to this one again.
