Ordered a beef and cheddar here last night, I’m a driver so was a few miles down the road b4 I opened it and discovered no cheddar and no sauce on it. I’m in here frequently so stopped in tonight showed them the charge on my card and explained what happened hoping they would make it right. After having to explain myself twice the clerk went in back and came back and told me I should have called them on the phone. At this point I lost it and all hope of them correcting their mistake. Won’t go there ever again.

You have to ask for a recipient or they don’t give you one. Today I didn’t ask and we got a steakhouse burger instead of a Deluxe beef & cheddar. TO THE OWNER; I tried to reach out on that website you sent but there is nothing there.

Over $25 bucks for two meals, asked for a large lemonade and it came in small cups. Got the brisket sandwich and all the brisket was all fat couldn’t even eat it. Fast food is already horrible for you way to make it worse Arby’s. Will never be back.

I was packing for my lunch today and opened the meal i ordered from arby s last night around 6 i ordered Gyro with 2 large orders of poppers . I have no problem with paying 19.63 for what i ordered but i now see i have a roast beef sand with white American cheese. I m so disapppinted, i took a picture of it as i m on disability low income and treated myelf . Opening my lunch for today i see im gonna have to go get some Bologna and bread

The first time I went a couple weeks ago the service and food were good: two combos with shakes and 1 motts sticks..$37 I thought it was expensive but really good. Today, 10/30/22 husband and I ordered one combo and med size Roast beef and shake. The man taking order was impatient and rude. Both sandwiches we got were small version and curly fries were a cold greasy clump…yukko…Will be a while b4 we go there again
