Visted the location for the first time on 5/23/23 between 6pm-6:15pm. Rarely have Arby’s nowadays due to the costs not being worth it. Last time I probably ate at one was over a year ago… Miss the days 20 years ago with the company had the 5 for $5 Mix & Matchs; Over time it got stinger with 4 for $5, then 3 for $5, then 3 for $6, then 2 for $5. Ordered a beef & chedder combo that cost almost $10… still felt hungry.

The food is fine whenever/if you actually get all parts of your order, though it is usually kind of cold as well. Also the employees are generally pretty rude all across the board. I’ve never seen a more miserable bunch. Managements fault maybe?

The times I do get the food, it’s fine. Last two times I’ve gone the drive thru the employee told me they were having “system issues”. First time I brushed it off, things do happen. Second time was at 9pm and two employee cars were in the lot with their doors opens and headsets on. I was informed again that there were system issues. Is Arby’s having this many system issues or are they just not wanting to serve food? If there isn’t help late at night, fine, but then change the store hours temporarily so customers aren’t wasting their time.

I usually love Arby’s, but wow, what bad service. The cashier was rude, and then I asked for tarter sauce with my fish and chips, and she put none in the bag. The fish in the container was 3 pieces of small, dried up planks with barely any fries for around $9. Sad. I won’t be going to this,place again.

Going through drive up, the worker was rushing me and couldn’t have really listened to my order. Going to drive up, gave me the wrong drink and when I brought it up, was very rude and practically threw the food at me. I was with my husband and I had ordered 2 meals but when leaving, discovered we only had 1 meal. I wasn’t to go back and have to deal with him again so ended up having to go to McDonalds to get me something to eat. Won’t be going back anytime soon. Expensive for only 1 meal too. Terrible service!
