It’s pretty sad when you order two of the same Gyros. Mine comes out the regular way and my wife comes out with roast beef. Curly fries there was two curly fries and the rest were scraps from the bottom was very disappointed. Went up to ask for a bag because I threw the rest of the stuff away and we kept the two cherry turnovers. There was nobody at the front for a while. But we like Arby’s but very sad and disappointed.

Food was good. Service was ok. Nobody seemed like they cared to be there at all. 6 out of the 19 tables were dirty even though we were the only ones there. There was a ladder in front of the pop machine but nobody was using it the entire time we were there. Condiment bar was disgusting. Ketchup was out and the few sauce cups available were stained with dried sauces.

I mite been the first order of the day. For me to receive the beef and cheddar that I did is absolutely worst sandwich I ever got from Arby’s. I eat only the beef and cheddar meal. My lunch and appetite is ruined.

My boyfriend and I went to Arby’s on Wednesday February 8th 2023. We went through the drive-thru. The nicest girl was working the window. We’re pretty sure her name was Krissy. She smiled the whole entire time was so helpful and very polite. We just wanted to make sure she gets recognized for her customer service skills.
