Tried for 2 days so far to get a sandwich, and there is just a sign on the drive thru that says “ran out of beef, we are closed.” I don’t know how you can run out of beef over a holiday week, but the big sign says new management, and I think they messed up.

We were there earlier today and we stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes. Three employees made direct eye contact with us, we weren’t acknowledged otherwise. The bathrooms were unkept to say the least and the dining area wasn’t much better. Note to owner, I’m not looking for a free meal or a lame excuse of why your your business is the way it is.

Tried to go in and buy food thinking they weren’t gonna mess up my order for a change. A beef and cheddar and fries, really not that difficult in the grand scheme of things. They messed up my sandwich and gave me cold dead fries. When I went back in to complain they downsized my fries and they don’t even taste right. Not worth the 15 minutes I spent waiting on the food either.

Jipped on our fries, they were not full or fresh. no fork for the loaded Mac and cheese. 15 minutes from order to leave after waiting to order for five minutes. No sauerkraut on my Reuben. Didn’t ask for no sauerkraut…. Won’t answer their phone so I can contact them and get a refund for this sad excuse for a meal.

So as far as fast food goes let’s just say I feel the least yucky after Arby’s…BK I’ll feel sick for days mickey ds immediately I feel sick but Arby’s I can handle it’s unfortunate that the prices are so high but that’s why it’s a treat and not an everyday thing

Do better Petoskey Arby’s. If you are going to charge over $10 a meal and make us wait in drive thru for 15 minutes…at least make it worth it. The fries are not even half full. What a disappointment.

I swear this place is never open, went there today at 3:45 pm get rudely told they’re closed. Inconsistent hours, rude lady at the window. Peak tourist season and you never know if or when they’re open. Sad thing is this is the 3rd time this happened to me in a month.
