There was no line when I came in. The register person acted like the place was packed and needed to get through people as fast as possible. My Big Beef and Chedder had about half the meat as the Traverse City location. The soda machine area was messy and needed stocked. There were messy tables and random trash on the floor. Again place was NOT busy. Curly fries were cold and about half an order.

Went through the drive thru. The staff were nice and polite. Fries were great. We ordered the smoke house sandwiches and they were cold, we ate them because we were hungry, but the sandwiches shouldn’t have been cold.

Most unprofessional experience of my life, we didn’t hear a question asked through the loud speaker, the lady screamed the question again, in response we screamed back. What looked like a 12 year old comes barging out the back door yelling how inappropriate we were, we get to the window and a lady who claimed to be the general manager said her employee didn’t yell, it was their speaker. I asked who the 12 year old was and she refused to tell me, said I wanted to report him and she said she didn’t care, as we pulled away she was hanging out the window still screaming at us in front of a line full of customers

Staff was disinterested in taking our order and the quality of it. Tomatoes-old and Soggy, very sparing with lettuce and bottom of the barrel.

The worst experience i have ever had at a drive through. Not only was the kid at window rude but when I called to give them feedback. They didn’t even answer or call back. If 10 rating is highest. They came up negative 10. I’ve been in restaurant business for 43 years and I never hav came across such rudeness by a worker. In all my years if fast food I have never posted a bad review. The worst of worst for a bad employee. I will keep everyone updated on what happens.worst place ever

We went close to 10 pm, the young man that waited on us was very pleasant. Had the classic chicken sandwich (from the 2 for $7 menu) for the first time and it was really good. Real chicken, not a processed chunk of chicken. Good value!

The service was great, the food was just, eh, we dont like to complain, but we got cold old fries and they made them fresh and replaced them right away. Also, my beef and cheddar was only warm, but I ate it anyway. I just want the staff to know that there’s a difference between a boss and a leader.

Girl working the speaker and window isn’t necessarily rude, but isn’t friendly, and they almost always forget something in the order. Usually it’s just sauce or a slider, but this time, they forgot the chicken in my chicken sandwich.

We pulled up to the drive through speaker and started our order the speakers (a young lady in a pot sweet shirt as I came to find out later) was very quiet so I told her I was having a hard time hearing her, mind you I’m in my thirties and am not hard of hearing. She proceeded to scream at me to the point it echo of the woods… I then finished this order and drove up to the window to pay for and received my food. When I asked if they where having trouble with their speaker she said dripping with attitude “yes the rain and weather and all kinds of stuff effects which I’m not going to take the time to explain to you.” She then took my card and put it in the card swiper and walked away. She then came back with our drinks and handed them to me, and also handed the card and receipt to me. When she came back with the food I asked for some dipping sauce and she threw it into the bag and just about threw the bags at me. She then said with dripping attitude again “have a nice day” and started taking some one else’s order. Our fries were ice cold to the point they where actully hardening up that we didn’t even eat them. The only question I have in my mind at this time, is if you knew the speaker was having issues why was she not talking louder to begin with and why take it out on me when I made an innocent comment. This was a very unsatisfying visit and we were very disappointed in this outcome.
