I was picking up a mobile 3rd party delivery for a customer of mine today at lunch, and I witnessed their cook working the fries station go number 2 and rinse his hands off for ~2 seconds with no soap (I know because the water was too short). I am sad I had to deliver my customers food from here. The staff do not value hygiene, incredibly gross.

We waiting for our food in a parking spot for 10 minutes, which is fine as long as the food is fresh. But they person bringing it out had no uniform, pants hanging down to his knees, and eating food while walking out with our bag. Gave it to the wrong person initially and then brought it back over to us with crumbs all around his mouth. This was a disgusting experience overall and none of us will ever be back

Usually amazing, but make sure you elaborate if you don’t want mostly ice for a drink… and if you ask for a wrap instead of a sandwich, make sure they hear you. It’s a 50/50 whether they get that right there.

It seems repeatedly I get old fries when I go there and they apparently no longer have a shake machine. When I asked for clarification I was told that it will be MONTHS before they get a new one so I guess that means the same thing as they no longer have one???
