Best Arby’s experience in a long time. We visited on 2/4/23 at about 8:20 pm and Kate waited on us. She was very pleasant and helpful. Food was fresh and good. Restaurant was very clean and the service was excellent.

Stopped by Arby’s at night and ordered almost $50 of food and was told after paying that we would have to pull ahead and wait. That’s fine, I prefer to wait for fresh food rather than be given stale garbage but we were waiting just over 9 minutes at the window and once we were given the food and left I noticed they forgot an order of fries (for the second time in a row although it was two different locations) and since there was a line of about 6-8 vehicles behind us by the time we got our food (when we first were told to wait there was nobody in line) we chose to just leave without them despite having paid for them. It really is frustrating to have an item not be included especially when it’s after the lobby has closed and the only option is to go back through and wait again in the drive thru. I shouldn’t have to double check that I’m actually getting everything I ordered before pulling off nor do I always remember. It doesn’t matter what job people do, they should do it right or hire people that do please!

Stopped by last night to grab a quick snack on our way home. After paying we were told to pull forward and that they’ll bring it out to us. We waited more than 40 minutes, during which time two other cars ordered, and received their meals. One had parked behind us and had their order brought out. A few minutes after, I had gotten out of the car to ask the window when the order will be ready. It was clear that it had finished long ago and that simply nobody had bothered to give it to us. They didn’t try explaining what had happened, just handed the bag to me after a minute. The order was cold, and the quality of the food did not justify the price.

I came here at 12:30am on Apr. 16 and Ordered a French dip and Swiss sandwich. They did not have the dipping sauce that comes with it, which was fine, but I asked to change my sandwich. I then asked for a beef n cheddar sandwich, and could tell the ladies were annoyed by that. Once I got my sandwich I said thank you, and the lady ignored me and closed the window.

I stopped for lunch today at 11:20am. The lobby doors were locked. There’s clearly a giant poster on one of their windows stating that the lobby is open. I called the location, the phone rang and rang and rang. One of the employees looked at me from behind the counter and just shook her head. I left and went somewhere else and ate lunch where they wanted my business.

They have made the LG drinks the size of a medium and other places lg are now way bigger you don’t get much pop once they add ice its another way to scam customers and the LG cost is $2.89 in standale mi store very unsatisfied and will let everyone know so they choose other fast food places!!! Mcdonalds give bigger drink for only $1.39. This photo is a comparison to Wendy’s lg drink.
