In my 36 years of life, this is the best Arby’s I’ve ever been to! Seriously delicious. Drive through employee took order and was such a good sport about our 3 yr old cutely re-resiting our order….and then we get the food. The chicken nuggets were so good!! At Arby’s of all places! Ordered it in Wilmington, NC a week later….not even close!!! This place rocks!

You updated your hours, eight weeks ago for the store. This is the second time in the last two weeks. I’ve tried to go to your store and has been closed before your posted hours. As a business owner myself, I would never close my business before posted hours as respect to my customer. If my business wasn’t profitable during certain times of the day, I would close my store after I changed my posted hours.

I had to go to the store, because I couldn’t get the mozzarella sticks door dashed to me. Not sure why I can order them in store but can’t get them through the door dash. Only thing that was inconvenient about grabbing lunch that day. Also they need to bring back the potato cakes. I’m so heartbroken they are gone.

i’ve been going to arby’s for so long! i rarely come to this location due to distance, but i was in the area and went through drive-thru. i work in customer/food-service so im pretty patient. but my cashier was so rude 🙁 when ordering a meal, she didn’t ask any details about my meal. i pulled forward to pay and she handed me a drink. she never asked what i wanted so i just assumed i wasn’t getting the meal. i asked about the drink and she proceeded to give me a nasty look and said it was just coke! i’ve been laying off caffeine, and she never asked what i wanted! on top of that, i ordered a beef and cheddar, sub cheddar for swiss. i got a slice of swiss in a separate bag!! wasn’t even bothered to put it on the sandwich 🙁 it tasted fine, but the lady with strawberry blonde hair and pale skin working register was so rude and unprofessional..

The general manager of the store is very rude and is not customer service friendly at all! I believe her name was Brenda But I did not get the time to get to know her because of how unprofessional and very very rude she was to me and my dad and our sandwiches were smooshed and sloppy.. again she was very rude. Eye rolling very short short, tempered like anything I would’ve asked set her off very aggressive and rude… this was on a Monday 2/6/2023

Worst location to go to went into today old lady behind the counter needs to retire she couldn’t get the orders to work the names correct all the food was gross the sandwich and Fry’s were not edible. She was getting her fingers in the shakes and just all around gross
