I swear their sliders are getting smaller everytime I go. Not the best of choice for food, they get a little worse each time I go, certainly miss when they took pride in their food. Still not as awful as McDonald’s or Taco Bell.

Excellent customer service. The soda machine was not working, but they went out of their way to go buy cans of sodas and have them on hand for the customers.

Called seeking Corporate contact information, was laughed at by an individual claiming to be a 40 year trainer. Indicated that Corporate had many numbers yet could not supply one upon request. After much persistence I was provided a direct line contact phone number to a district manager who was quite helpful. If you experience a similar situation, reach out to me and I will provide you the number that was provided to me. Leadership and Management should be more professional.

I have to say with this as nearly all the RVs that I visited they truly live up to their motto. I can honestly say that I go into Arby’s expecting a little longer of a wait than what I would get and a McDonald’s or a Taco Bell and yet I’m always impressed by how fast they deliver my food they have been my choice for dinner for a while but this particular Arby’s will always hold a place in my heart not only are they fast but the food comes out looking almost as good as it does in the advertisements swear that’s a rarity nowadays. Keep up the good work guys, we appreciate your customer service
