Here in town for work and getting back late to my hotel I stopped here for something quick. It’s just after 9:30pm and the chicken in my wrap looks and tastes like it’s been sitting there since noon in the warmer. The employees had to have seen this when they grabbed it and when they cut it up for the wrap but yet it was still thrown together. Spit it out and in the trash.

The food is good, but my order will be messed up in some way 20% of the time. This location has 2 windows, and they only use one. They have people pulling all over the lot to wait for their food when they could mitigate this issue if they used both of the windows their location is equipped with. The drive through is supposed to keep me moving. Not add more steps to the “convenience” they offer.

I always have to wait for my food which is fine but when they bring it out to me it’s cold. I asked a question about something on the menu and the worker was snappy like I should already know. They also never have working soda. Either no ice, no carbonation or the syrup is out so I get carbonated water.

This Arby’s has never let me down. I’ve worked at the planet fitness that shares a parking lot for over two years and I get lunch here (and dinner) pretty often. I’ve tried a lot of food on the menu here and they have yet to mess anything up. Decent speed, greatest staff, and best food. Always makes my day better.

I waited five minutes at the drive thru speaker for any response from the order-taker whatsoever. Zero interaction whatsoever. Saw a cockroach wandering next to the menu but didn’t care because I was hungry. I concluded that the speaker must be broken so I pulled up to the window to try to order there. The person behind me in line also waited awhile before leaving without being able to place their order. The man at the register window (the worker with the broken rotten teeth) told me that I had to go back around and order through the speaker. I told him that I waited for five minutes with no reaction to my multiple “Hello?”s

I love that they were still open after 1AM on Saturday. There was a long line, but l I like I said they were the only ones open. The person who took the order was very nice, and so was the person handing me my order. I wasn’t happy that both of our large were burned, and a small thing I take particial responsibility for was not asking for sauce. I do believe someone should have asked if I wanted any sauce (I ordered the 4 of $10 Rostbeef Sandwiches,which don’t have anything but the meet, no condiments). It’s important to say that my other two chicken sandwiches were excellent!!

I guess this Arby’s on stadium drive is under new management and I’m guessing the guy with the red hair is the manager now I don’t think they know how much money this establishment is going to lose because of how rude and disrespectful and careless that young man is and the young lady with the vans on none slip? that couldn’t keep her hands out of her hair what happened to hair nets? Which it’s a lot of hair in one small place.and was touching the food. but good luck I know 1 thing for sure I will never return to this establishment unless y’all get rid of them 2.

We didn’t go in but ate in a nice shady spot in the parking lot. The food was excellent especially the beef and cheddars. My only complaint is I asked for crinkle fries and got the curly fries which aren’t my favorite.

The manager was rude.. unprofessional.. when we got our food the sandwich was cold smashed and fries inside were disgusting and looked like it was made the night before..the curly fries were all small pieces and cold.. all the tables were not wiped off clean.. so so disappointed in this place..will not recommend this place to anyone… Love all other Arby’s here..Worst place I’ve been to in a long time..
