So I came to the drive thru here and ordered a buffalo chicken wrap,worst I have ever had there was sooo much sauce on it ya couldn’t even eat it it just fell apart!! It almost seemed as though someone did it intentionally!!! I took one bite and had to throw away an almost 8 dollar chicken wrap! I couldn’t go back as I was heading out of town in a hurry!! Very disappointed!! It was lunch time and busy…but no excuse…on a Monday around 1130-12

Ordered delivery. My wagyu burger was so drowning in sauce, when I picked it up to take a bite, all the veggies slid out leaving just a gloppy mess of a burger and bun. There was sauce everywhere, on the outside of the bun, on the paper, it was such a mess, it was difficult to enjoy.

This is the best Arby’s I have ever been to (I’ve been to at least 50 locations in the USA). Just walking in you feel a welcome that you don’t normally feel at fast food locations. The Staff was very friendly. They even brought our food trays to our table we sat down at. Amazing location!

Very disappointed. My father went there to get food and the girl up front was rude and gave him attitude. He drove home and found out his bun was burnt. I had to drive all the way over there to get a new sandwich. I showed the girl the bun and she gave me attitude. She was rude… I don’t know who would want someone like that in their work place. Aleast the guy on the phone was nice. Never going to this place again.
