Everytime we come here the food is so fresh and the curly fries are hot and never soggy. . They have the best roast beef sandwiches hands down of anywhere. The inside is spotless and the staff is always very kind and always smiling . There is never a long wait here to place your order or to get it. Very happy and have never been disappointed from this location. They have never messed up our food order ever. Thank you guys and gals for doing a great job and taking pride in your food service.

We used to love this Arby’s, until today. Ordered two beef n cheddars, curly fries, and two drinks. Both my husband and I noticed as we were finishing that the meat looked gray. We were hungry, so we hadn’t looked before. Couple minutes later, we both started feeling nauseous. The fries were fine, the service was friendly, but I do NOT recommend this place anymore.

Ordered med fry and cheese sticks. Asked nicely if they could make sure rhey were fresh please. Must have been a joke to them . fries were undercooked and there was only ten fries. Cheese sticks had been cooked twice. Not good business at all.

Waited 20 minutes to place order. Had to ask 3 times if anyone was taking orders. Manager was never apologetic for the wait, and was in now hurry to get orders together. Young Man on front counter was rushing trying to do his best to get customers taken care of. A simple apology for the excessive wait would have gone a long way.

On June 16th at 6pm I went in to order take at flushing Arby’s it was the worst experience I have ever had in any fast food place. I have never been treated so poorly, and talked to so rudely from the moment I walked in the door, the worst part it was the manager. Do not recommend to anyone, it doesn’t even deserve any stars

They forgot a sandwich, and the sprite was like soda water with whatever old syrup was stuck to the lines. I tried to go in to get the missing sandwich, and the doors were locked, so we had to go through the drive thru again. The food was ok, but not a great experience.
