All of the employees working yesterday ought to be ASHAMED of themselves. A man choked in your lobby and all of your workers RAN AWAY FROM HIM! Thank god his friend was there and preformed the Heimlich manouver on him, which dislodged his food from his throat. A man could have died in your lobby yesterday and your employees literally RAN from him like he was a zombie. Ive never been so disappointed by an entire group of people in my life. The man was begging for help and you all RAN. Im absolutely DISGUSTED.

We came into the lobby to place our order. First off, I work in customer service and am disappointed at how we were treated by Jonathan that took our order. He slammed our cups on the counter and just appeared to have a bad attitude in general. His hygiene wasn’t all the greatest either. We then asked for a drink carrier and he acted like we were being nothing but an inconvenience to him by asking for one. When he brought the drink carrier to the counter he threw it on the counter at us. Not the greatest experience after just sitting in the emergency room next door for the last 4 hours. I would have given this a 0 star rating if that was an option. Maybe someone needs to talk to him about working in customer service and how one should treat customers. Just food for thought.

I paid my bill with a $50 bill. The boy who waited on me gave me back 11.76. I told him, this isn’t right! The manager counted the drawer, and she said it was already 20 short, and she dropped the 50 in the safe. Well, I know I gave him 50 bc that was all I had. They won’t miss my business, but everyone count your money, bc the kids can’t count back change. So, I am short 10.00. I even asked her why did he put in 2 $20. I only gave him one bill a $50. I hope the Arbys Management sees how they are treating the customers. They didn’t even give me my Arby sauce after asking twice for it. No stars for you Arby. I will make sure I tell everyone I know here not to go to that Arby’s.
