Spent $26.00 on two meals, get home and the new brisket sandwich had no crispy onion rings on it, all the cheese was in the corner of the container. The curly fries had no curlies only little pieces of fries and my lemonade must’ve been out because it was just water… Disappointed to say the least Won’t be going back for a long while

I know they have that issue the staff in the past but they have done wonderful with pushing through. We just visited a few days ago and has my husband was honestly having a rough day and the bag of food was a little full and as he was opening the door to leave the bag ripped open. The staff member that I asked for a bag so I could clean up the mess actually came out to assist and offer to replace some of the food that had Spilled Out from the bag. That man’s kind gesture helped lift my husband’s spirits. It’s the little things that matter and we are thankful for this establishment and their kind staff. Thank you again very much

Idk whats going on the past couple times now have not been good at all, tonight they had me pull to trash can as i wait on food as i get my food lady behind me honking to move whatever can’t help ignorance, the food is cold cheese sticks cheese is not melted fries cold, beef n cheddar my onion bun has 5 onions n a line rest is plain, ask for red onions on sandwich they give you 2, as i am checking my bag to make sure everything is there as they forgot something last time np big deal we are all human so i double check lady honks agian the lady that brought my food to car was rude wants to accommodate the rude lady behind me, just all around better arbys around just not clio.

Picked up food tonight on the way home. Absolute worst food we have ever, ever, ever had! I can’t believe we paid for it but we were half way upnorth before I tried to bite into a wrap. Couldn’t bite through wrap, cheese dried on to it and something they tried to pass off as chicken!! Yikes!!
